Meaner Variant?

I have been looking at Meaners lately and I'm thinking that one with an AD handle would be great. I have seen some modified ones but that is just not the same as from the factory. I don't think you would ever get the finish just right. Does anybody know if there was a Custom Shop variant with an AD handle?

I'm thinking ~.200", Satin finish with black linen and red liners maybe DC finish with green linen with green or tan liners or.....you get the idea.

Or wait, wait,...one of those puzzle piece handles. The handle maybe a little small but still, I can dream.
 
If it came from the factory with an AD handle then to me it wouldnt be a Meaner Street. But basically its the same handle just with the butt grounded down a little. I like the description of the one youd like though.
 
I think I remember seeing a modified Meaner with the butt ground down to look like an AD.

I don't remember seeing any factory meaners with AD handles. There are variants that are pretty close. The latest Nuke EDC is a meaner with modified blade profile and a AD handle.

I have a custom shop MS Variant on the exchange for sale I could grind the butt down like a AD for you, it has a satin finish on it ta boot! :D

Yeah that is the stuff. I was thinking more of a sabre grind. The Nuclear doesn't really do it for me. The larger choil is nice but really makes the cutting edge shorter. With a shorter edge I could just go with an AD and call it good.
 
I didn't want to start another thread for such a simple question.....

....Does anyone have a picture that compares the Meaner and the BATAC? Post it if ya got it, that would be great. Thanks.
