Hi All, I have a question about Busse Meaner Street blade models.
Is the Milganza series the same as the standard Meaner street blades?
I am really interested in this blade so any feedback would be great.

Thanks in advance

Let's try again

History says the Meaner is .220, the Model T .200, the Milly Meaner ~ 0.187 - 0.195 and the Leaner is .150.

The recent Custom Shop Meaners are flat ground to .170

Thanks so much for the education.
This exactly what I needed.

Have a great day!

Thanks for bringing this up (and for the great answer, jimmyjones)!

I've been here for a couple of years now and until now still have been confused. Most specifically, I have a Miliganza Meaner and I wondered if it was indeed a Mean or Meaner.

I didn't realize it was it's own class of Meaner compared to the original Meaners.

Good thread  and JEALOUS of jimmyjones collection! :D

The .150 leaners will be hard to find, and the original .220 Meaners.

The .195 (I call them tweeners:p) are easy to find at a good price, as are the more recent .170 flat grinds.

I love that snakeskin leaner, really!

And that black paper would go quite nicely with my new watch!

Yeah, it's getting tough to know what to call the newer models, with all the variation in size.

I once traded into a older DCBB Meaner, but it was too fat for me. Last I saw it was still on Tony G's table. I would like a real Leaner. There was a nice Custom Shop satin piece at the spring KC show, with really thin wood scales, would have a great low-profile EDC, but I had already spent too much.

They are the best of all the Leaners arn't they Jimmy:thumbup::D

I think I got it not long after see'ing yours at Blade 07. I would like to get a Snake and Tiger Leaner to go with the matching Meaners, but I finally got tired of looking(and $ got tighter). If not for a very kind Hog I never would have scored the Black Paper Meaner.

When you get tired of that ole Snake Leaner let me know:p

I traded Eli an LrS LE for that ole DC Snake, he couldn't use it and neither can I :o
