MEAT!!! INFI Butcher Knife

I bought a whole rib eye today. YUM!!! And I used the NMSFNO to slice it up into steaks. It works well as a butcher knife. The beautiful convex edge slices like a razor blade. Now I have to eat...

Awesome! My MUK has been pulling kitchen duty for awhile now. Well, all my INFI gets some chances at cutting cheesecake, primerib and turkey.
Anyhow, sweet knife for some great lookin' moo! Thanks for sharing.
 
Did you lick the blade clean? A real man would lick the raw beef clean off the blade.

That's the way to do it! 2" ribeyes all day long. When you buy a rack it is about 4.50 a pound compared to 12 a pound when you buy the already cut package. Sure you pay more upfront but have ribeyes for later.
