This is just how I roll:

This is a bit of Top Sirloin sliced skinny-

I'm not so hungry now...

The 14 performed like a champ.

 Sweet Baby Ray's

I use original flavor as a base for my custom sauce.

For the annual church picnic, Sweet Baby Ray's + Apple Juice + Apple Cider Vinegar in 2:2:1 ratio makes a nice thin dipping sauce, especially for pork. I have yet to try it on 1095CV. ;)

I'll be trying this. I'm a huge fan of SBR. I usually add a shake or two of Cairo dry rib rub to jazz it up a notch.

Sweet Baby Ray's 40 oz Sweet & Spicy W/a few Spices from the Spice Rack and dig in and enjoy and pay the price the next morning.!*** lol

I like Sweet Baby Ray's, and it's my son's favorite. My new favorite though is Smokey C's.

Its actually a pretty good starter for a nice patina. The pics don't show it that well, but if you slice up apples after cleaning the sauce off it gets some nice yellows and blues to show up.
