Mechanical Pencil version of Fisher Bullet Pen?

I like writing with pencils better, plus they tend to last longer for me. Is there any equivalent of a collapsable bullet pen in a mechanical pencil format? Or a pencil holder/refil type thing that would fit in a the existing bullet pen? Ideally, the lead would extend by twisting instead of clicking so you could keep the bullet shape.

Failing that, any other super compact mechanical pencils?

There's a fairly small one inside the SAK SOS kit. I think I've seen one that comes with the smaller FiloFaxes too?

Thanks, but no one knows of small pencils that come by themselves? Am I the only one who's ever wanted one?

Zebra has made some very small ones, about the size of a PDA stylus. Weak where the point screws on to the body, but otherwise nice. I don't know if they're still making them.

I remember the Zebra 0.3's too, but I haven't seen them lately, or any 0.3 mm lead/pencils for that matter. Let us know if you find something.

I use the Zebra Pocket Pencil, and it's matching pen. Four inches long, 1/4 " diameter, high quality, low price.

I've also seen, in a store, a Pilot mechanical pencil that's similar to the Zebra but a little longer in length and a bit higher in price. A brief look on Google turned up nothing on the Pilot, though.
