Medford blade steel

Good morning all I am new to this addictive & expensive hobby and was looking for information regarding Medford knives blade coding system. Can anyone guide me to a chart that matches the letter codes stamped on the blade with the type of steel used ? Thanks Rob

What about XHP? I don't even mess with Medfords at all, but I know some are XHP.

You can feel confident with any steeMedford uses. I've owned over a dozen of all varieties and I've never had an issue with any...but uncoated 3v will definately spot rust.l

I don't think they do a lot of runs of it, and when they do they are exclusives.
