I don't own a Praetioran G, but I've owned two "T" models. They are good knives, very well made. They are a very polarizing design as is Greg Medford himself, so they are either loved or hated with no in between. The quality is there, and for such thick blades they slice surprisingly well. There are some characteristics I just didn't like that led me to selling mine. Firstly, the jimping on the T model is really sharp and create hot spots quick without gloves. Secondly, your warranty is void if you disassemble the knife. For most people it's not a deal breaker but for me it was. I use my knives for everything and not being able to disassemble and clean the knife, especially since mine had a D2 blade, was the thing the really made me sell them. Overall they aren't bad knives, I talked with Greg at a knife show for a while and he seems like an ok guy. He does take care of his customers and I've heard warranty turnaround is really quick. A word of caution though. If you do get one and decide it isn't for you and try to sell it, be prepared to take a loss. I lost around $200 on each one I sold off.
