Medical Kits Where to find them??

Where can I find a good medical kit to use for hiking and other outdoor activities, as well as a back up equipment for Army Reserve duties. Need stuff like a SAM splint, major blood stoppers, EMT shears, blister stuff, burn stuff and blister stuff.

guess i luck out on this one...i just go to the er of several local hospitals and scrounge around and also hit the icu's and the regular med/surg floors...if you are nice to the nurses and orderlies on a daily basis they are nice in turn and will often be on the look out for certain items and always come through for me...feverdoc
