Thanks guys , the steel is 1.3505 and the black finish "Klever Schnellbrünierung" The handle wood is palm, but that is not wood, it is a grass :-D

THX guys :-D .. no, the palm wood is not stabilized. It is hard, like bamboo but not so brittle and need no stabilaziation.
