Here's another blade that sat on the bench for too long, its a new pattern for me and I think I'm going to make more (would appreciate feedback!). Managed to get out of work a little bit early over the weekend and got some shop time in :D

Sorry for the horrible pics. My next shop upgrade might have to be a camera to replace this stupid scanner.
Anyway.....
Blade is 1/8" thick O1, 3-1/2" long (just over 7-1/2" overall).
Scales are Paduak finished with danish oil. Brass pins. Usual fileworked makers mark on the spine.

Mat:thumbup:
Another good 1 like the shape!
The only thing I don't like is double pin. I assume you felt it needed reinforcing.
Maybe all double pins for symetry.
Cheers

Thanks Mitch :)
I actually agree with you on the pins up front, but got stuck doing it that way. Originally I planned on putting bolsters on this one, but had a bad drill bit and didn't notice. Drilled pin holes for 6 knives and all of them came out oversized because the tip of the drill was off center a little bit:grumpy:
I reground the bit and was able to drill new holes in 4 of the 6. This one and another had already been heat treated and I had to go with what I had. I was able to fit the wood up just fine, but there was too much play to try and fit a bolster. Maybe next time
