Medium size sebenza ?

That being said I still like the large. It's just annoying when I'm around non knife people and pull it out for somthing. Everyone thinks I'm Rambo or managed to pull excalibur out of the stone.

I've handled a few smalls before and it just seems a little week for me especially for $500.

I love the large also….. but I do feel the same way. I will pull it out to cut something and people look at me like I have a machete.

i feel like all it would out sell the small and the large. The large rides in the pocket so nice but it makes grandma nervous and the small just disappears to much. Serrated option would also be great.

If they ever released a medium Sebenza, I would be in line to pick one up. I have a small Sebenza and a large Inkosi. The small seems a little smaller than I’d prefer and the large is a little big for my taste.

I’ve seen the Impinda recommended as an in between CRK. It’s a nice knife, but very different than a Sebenza.

Lg Blade 3.61, Sm 2.99, Impinda 3.2 That's 3 knives within .6.... that seems pretty tight... In theory a 3.3 blade would be a medium... you could cut down a large and get that easily, scales and all... I'm surprised some enterprising knife maker hasn't bought some larges and offered them. For me it's large all the way.... Try a Ti-Lock for a pleasant surprise....

This is a part of the Impinda that I keep praising whenever I have the chance. The Impinda is a in-between in size, between the Small and Large Sebenza.

It seems like the Impinda availability is so poor that is practically unavailable for anyone that isn't dedicated to stalking the secondary market or willing wait several years for a new one. It doesn't seem like any retailers stock them and the stated lead time for ordering direct from CRK is 4 years.

I recently picked up the Quiet Carry Rincon (Blade Length: 3.2 in, Handle Length: 4.2 in) and the size feels much more pratically useful for my medium sized man hands (3.5 in wide, 7.5 in long) than any of the CRK smalls or larges. I would like to see CRK make a medium Sebenza or Inkosi in this size.

I am honestly surprised that CRK doesn't make any locking knives with handles in the 4.3 in - 4.5 in range . In my opinion, it would be a good long-term business move to discontinue the small and large Inkosi and replace both of those models with a medium Inkosi that sits midway between the two Sebenza sizes (3.98 in handle on the small / 4.79 in handle on the large). It seems like the handle on the small Inkosi isn't very ergonomic for the majority of adults. There is so much overlap between the Large Inkosi, Large Sebenza, and Umnumzaan that it makes sense to shrink one of them down to a medium size, if they want to offer a medium sized locking knife without reducing their production rate.

Closest things to a medium Sebenza IMO is the SPK Lamia and REK Sparrow.

The Arno Bernard iMamba is basically a medium Sebenza on bearings (but can be run with washers.) It also looks like a CRK and a Koenig Arius had an excellent night together, and 9 months later, the iMamba hits the market. In either case, the iMamba is the first and so far only knife model to push some of my CRKs to the back burner for pocket time. (I generally carry 3-4 at a time anyway.)

I just wish all 3" knives were bigger. Small should be 3.25. SHF did this right.

That said, I think the large Sebenza is the perfect size.
