I really like the CV Stockmans. I have the Amber Bone Stockman, I wanted to carry it but I hated I couldn't open a blade by pinching between my fingers. I saw, and bought a Medium Stockman (CV yellow) at Gander Mountian that had a great sheepsfoot that I could pinch open! I made the Spey blade into a pen plade and I have a great EDC!

I'd be very pleased to own that bone Stockman!

I agree the Turkish clip on the stockman is great that is what
I loved about the Camilus Yello Jacket stockman and the Moore
Makers too

Am I the only one the is bothered that the tip of the sheepsfoot blade stick out beyond the handle when closed? Is this a function of the serpentine handle, is it standard for the stockman pattern, is it unique to Case serpentine stockmen, or is it a reproducible error?

I had a heck of a time figuring out that the knife was balancing on a torx bit. Kept wondering what kind of broke off blade was hiding back there.

Sorry about the torx bit.:o It doesnt bother me at all that the point is above the handle.

mnblade: I PM'ed you. Thanks.
