If any of you have the opportunity to visit Smoky Mt. Knife Works the weekend of June 8 & 9 Chuck Buck will be there. We went last year and hope to go again. He is a super nice guy to meet and talk with. He will probably sign your knife with a Dremmel tool, or he did last year. I really enjoyed meeting him. I'm sure a lot of you have met him but some maybe not. If you live any where close to beautiful East Tennessee this would be good chance to meet a nice guy who also happens to be a Buck.

Dad will be on the road most of the next 5 months. He left today to drive back to the east coast. After Smoky he will be at assorted Bass Pro Shops during August. I think he will even be at the blade show.

Any chance of him making it to the Bass Pro in Auburn Hills MI?
If so, any idea when?
Thanks,
Rob

I met Mr. Buck ten or maybe fifteen years ago when he came to Wichita. I just wanted to say that it was a wonderful experience as I noticed he visited with everyone who came by the sporting goods store that hosted him.(Rusty's Outdoor Sports.) I did have a couple of my knives autographed, and I will always treasure them.
What sold me the most about him, was the fact that he was also so willing to share his faith with anyone. Thank you Mr. Buck.

Mr Buck and CJ are great people........

I hope he is there this weekend.......looking forward to a few days off!?

Chuck Buck IS planning on attending the Blade show. We will try to get him to attend the Buck Collectors Club annual members meeting on Saturday.

I met Chuck for the first time this weekend at the Blade Show! One of the nicest people you could find. Actually, just as nice a guy as his son C.J., his daughter Maralee (Note: She looks nothing like a guy!) and his son-in-law Joe. I forget that guy's last name, though. ;)

I too met Chuck for the first time this weekend. I had several long converations with him and he truly is wonderful. Willing to take time to talk about anything. I was truly honored to be presented with the President's Award at the annual club meeting by Mr. Buck. This award is given for his "favorite" display at The Blade Show. :D The months of hard work have paid off and I will never forget the moment!! He also signed a 532 that I had handled in Mother Of Pearl. He signed it "My Favorite", Chuck Buck 02. Really cool!! :)

Steve,
I am trying to find out Chuck's schedule. If it is not too much trouble, could you shoot me an email?
Thanks,

Mike,
Very nice display! Even though you have only been at this for a few months, the display did not reflect that. It was very nice to meet you and your new bride Candy. I hope to see you at upcoming shows in the future. :)

Take care,
