The blade has 1 inch less length, 3/8th inch less in height, and is much pointier. It's an all-purpose combat knife that still works pretty well as a miniature machete.




Shrinking a hardened blade is a lot of work, I'll tell ya. Takes forever to grind hard metal when you can't let it heat up...
 
Not much. Maybe an ounce or two. I cut off the thinnest parts of the blade, so it really didn't change the feel of it much... It balances right on the "Junglas" logo.
 
Nice work! I'm loving the deep finger choil. You say the balance point is on the Junglas logo though? Was that the original balance point?
 
The handle is just a bit big for it now, but other than that it's a lot of fun. Kinda reminds me of a BK9, only it's a full height flight grind now. Basically a lighter, slicer BK9.

Because choils are sexxxyyyy. :D
