Got to spend the day in my room. Worked at my third job Saturday, worked in the yard yesterday and decided today was a room day.
I decided to make a kydex sheath for Bawanna Bowie # 2, actually it's Bawanna Bowie # 3, I got one other I'm leaving the way it was born for hysterical purposes. Can't have too many.

Anyhow # 1 is in the Black sheath, it would have been first on the block but Ndog got his before I did, so I came in 2nd place loser but I digress.

#2 which I absolutely love by the way is Kumars take on the bowie. My others are Bhakta of course.
I love the shape of the blade, and it's just a skosh thinner, and wicked sharp.

Actually Yangdu sent it to me to doll up a handle and the minute I saw it, it was like love! I had to send her an email and tell her I can't send this one back. If I could get blood out of it for a blood test I'd marry it.

Anyhow enough chatter, here's some pics.

I found a fairly nice fitting piece of antler so # 1 and # 2 are near twins. Do love me antler.

Skosh thinner and wicked sharp which is good. I pretty much suck at sharpening but I keep trying. I get it once in awhile but takes some effort.

And the really good news is it fits pretty decent in my Pugs First Rate leather which I prefer, but at work and beating around, I use the kydex so I don't mess it up.

I do when I get bonded some want to send it off to Pugs and try to apply my bungee belt attachment method on leather and mostly I want a sheath with them carved khukris he does. That would be like the coolest thing.

OK, I think I'm done for the day, think I'll hit the recliner and watch Wagon Train recordings.
Good therapy.

Oh, I got this one near done and will be heading back to Yangdu, she'll be offering it up soon.
Kind of a preview of coming attractions.

I've checkered a bunch of bowies for some of the folks around here. Makes the grip a bunch better.
Easier to do being mostly flat too.

Nice job on the thermoplastical manippleation! I got to try that someday. Got way to many projects already tho. Love them antler handles. Kinda makes me want to strip one of my Bhakta Micros. Another good job Mr. B!
