member cannot log back in- asked me to post this help request

I had a smooth transaction with the member Rebilda. I got an email from this person stating the problem of not being able to log back into BF. This person had my email because I had just sold them and knife and they emailed me asking if I could post this and hopefully someone will contact them.

I’m having a bit of a huge problem: I locked myself out of my account (i.e. I’m too damn simple to remember a basic password). The recovery-email never comes whatever I try. ALSO: creating a new account (had a friend of mine try that) does NOT work. Furthermore contacting Admin does not work, too. I think it all has to do with a faulty ReCaptcha authentification as all these procedures on bladeforums need that.

His profile doesn't indicate anything is wrong. I'd suggest he clear out his cookies, then try logging in. If he's using chrome he can try logging in while in incognito mode and seeing if that works, if so he's def got a corrupted cookie somewhere. Also make sure he's clicking the "Remember me" checkbox
 
Also, check his spam filter if a password reset request was put in a spam or different folder he doesn't check.
