member search

Put his user name in the search function, then click on Feedback Score in his Profile.
 
I must have the wrong user name then because only posts with that word in it come up, nothing to do with a member.
 
Click on the spy glass in the upper right corner next to search.
or Find a post he's made and click on his username, select "View Profile" from the menu

I would do what's in bold when looking for a member. It takes you to the Advanced Search. While there, you can search specifically for a user in the User Name bar. When you type it in this section you will actually get the names that match what you enter.

For example:
If you were looking for me and typed in bench, you would see names like- bench2, benchmade1, benchmade692, benchmade710, benchmadedude, benchwarmer380 all pop up.
Just type until you find it, click their name and then search.

Very helpful when you can't remember a username exactly.
