Member Upgrade Problems

I tried 3 seperate times last week upgrading my membership to Gold but all failed because of all sort of problems. The error messages I got were not informative enough to help me completing the attempts.

I've wasted around 45 minutes and accomplished nothing. Really frustrated.

Any helps or tips?

Yup, that's all we need to know. No need to tell us what the problem is, we'll just throw a virgin goat into the volcano every day and after a hundred years the spirit of the volcano will appear to us in a dream and tell us all about it. Hope you're not in a hurry....

I found that the "Athorize.net" very not intuitive.

It only mark 2 "required fields", but it actually require almost all fields and appies quite some rules.

After the failed efforts, it either gave a confusing message or a somple reject without helpful messages.

I'm a 20 year software engineer, but still not experience enough for this user interface.

IMHO, it is essential to provide users easy and intuitive user interface in conducting e-business. Am I wrong?

I thought it was pretty darn easy the times that I have done it. IIRC, you type the info into the boxes and hit a button.

That's okay, don't bother to tell us what error message you got; the spirit of the volcano will do that. Just sit back and wait for that to happen.
 
Date, time, specific error messages, etc, would make this much easier to figure out. Looks like the first time you entered the wrong security code at the bottom of the page, and the second time, you didn't put the right billing address in.
