Membership activation

Hi,

I got a notification that my gold membership is about to expire. Ordered a new membership from 1SKS and got an email stating the date, order # reference # and "Your Membership has been activated".
Now I'm no longer listed as gold under the username, can't search any more and can't see the current subscription in "paid subscriptions".
I suspect there is a simple answer for this problem but as I can't search I didn't find it. Is there any extra step I have to do?

Go to your User CP, edit your user group memberships and join the gold.
Hope this is it.

The only group I see in "Group membership" is BOUNCED EMAIL.
I tried to log off and log on, nothing changes.
Maybe the activation is not effective yet.

Try clearing all cookies if you remember password and user id's. Anything is worth a try until Spark comes along.
