Membership Cancellation

Hi,

I was under the impression that a gold membership allows me to sell knives I've modified, however, I've recently been notified that I need a more expensive membership to do that. Unfortunately, that's not a cost I can pay right now. Is there any way I can get a refund for my current membership as it's not of use to me anymore?
