Did you buy a membership, and how? It can take a few days if you used a method that Spark has to input manually.
THEN there will be a usergroup available.

No. Not yet. I'm still not sure how to purchase a membership. I have paypal and can pay I just don't know where to go. And I understand this is not the place to discuss this sorry.
