Membership Issue

Spark:

I paid for a basic membership on 11-26-08, and received my confirmation the same day. However, the membership has not yet been activated. Can you please look into it for me?

I'm not showing an active one. How did you do it? By phone or through the automated system?

I did it through the automated system here on the website via credit card.

There's no record at all in the transaction log. Do you have a transaction ID for that order?
 
Ok, found it. I don't know what happened, but it wasn't logged in the BFC system but was captured. I've given you an extra month and you have my apologies
