Hi bf. Switched my membership level to gold and wanted to have membership pro-rated. While I've only been here for a year or so I'll have to say this is one of the best run sites I have ever been on.

I agree Brandon! With regard to the upgrade/prorate how did you do it? I did the basic membership about 10 days ago, but realized I should have done Gold. Sent an email to the "contact" address shortly after paying for Basic, but haven't gotten a response. Did you just go ahead and pay for Gold on top of the Basic you already had? Or...? I've seen notes here about calling Spark at his business number. Just not sure how to proceed.

I totally understand about the difficulty of responding to the volume of admin emails that must come off this forum. So any advice about your process would help me. Thanks! :)
 
Blackbrit, you can upgrade to Gold, and post here in Tech Support asking Spark to pro-rate you. Just title it "Pro-rate".
 
Hi blackbrit. Yes I had started with the basic membership and only have a month or two left til it expires. Wanted to renew and upgrade to gold but just did it a little early. In the q&a section it had a administration link to do a simple prorate request if you renew before membership expires. Hope that helps.

Thanks! I went ahead and upgraded, and we'll see how the prorating works out. I appreciated your post, and Esav Benyamin's help. I made my own thread. I think I had one week at basic before realizing I needed to do Gold. Oh well. :o
