Membership not renewed

Spark, I paid up to renew my knifemaker membership on Oct 24th and still have 'Registered User' under my name. I also can't post a new thread in the exchange.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
 
Don, I just checked your profile and it appears you have a platinum membership. If you click the link below my signature to "update your user group" you'll be able to join the appropriate group.

I didn't see a box indicating current "knifemaker" member status, however.

Elliot, I still can't post a new thread in the Knife Making Supplies for sale forum. Did something change there?

You have to have a knifemaker membership to post a thread there. The knifemaker and Platinum memberships are no longer equal.
 
I did pay $60 for a Knifemaker membership (it's what I've always had), but looks like I got Platinum instead.

Anyway to change it?
