Membership Problems

I bought a gold membership two weeks ago, and had trouble activating it right from the start. I posted a thread about a week ago and was told that my membership would be activated very soon. Well, that was over a week ago and I still don't have access to my membership. Not to mention the fact that I still have to upgrade to a knifemaker membership, because I mistakenly bought the gold membership that didn't have all the features I needed... Seeing how things have been going so far, this will probably make the process take even longer. :(

Please, if anyone can help fix this quickly, I'd really appreciate it, I'm getting anxious to post some blades!
