I renewed my Gold membership, but still says basic member I think. How long till this is active? Thanks.

The subscriptions are active immediately on payment; but the system doesn't automatically update user groups.
Click on Settings (upper right hand corner), then scroll down to My Settings (on left side). Under My Account, select Permission Groups; then click on Gold Member. (Don't forget to hit Update Display Group, or the change won't saved)

I bought a Gold membership last Wednesday and it has not showed up yet. I used paypal and wonder how long it normally takes.
