How do I contact the folks who handle membership for the forum? I have tried the "contact us" method several times but have never gotten a response. Does anyone have any idea how I might get through to somebody? Thanks, T-A

Last December I renewed my gold membership. Now I would like to upgrade to platinum. How can I pay for platinum without losing 9 months worth of gold? Can I pay $30 and upgrade my membership to platinum that will last through December '24? Thanks, T-A

Pay for Platinum, and then ask Spark to prorate your gold and add it to your platinum. Since Platinum is twice the price of gold, that ~9 months left will extend your platinum by ~4.5 months.
