Membership upgrade category question

I didn't see an answer to this in the FAQs.

I've got a bunch of miscellaneous knives I'd like to sell, and I was thinking of upgrading my membership to do some of that.

My question is: If I set up an online user's store at the "all about pocket knives" website, would that make me a dealer for the purposes, or in the view of, this website?

Yes, that would make you a dealer.

In the For Sale: Production Knives (Individual) forum, Spark posted an Announcement: Just a friendly reminder - You might be a dealer if.... It includes "... you have a store, or a certificate of resale, and are selling here as a Gold Member, then you just might be a dealer. "

I'm not actually in the knife business, I'm just a regular knifeknut trying to find a way to thin out the collection some.

If your simply trying to thin out your collection why not forget the website?

You can buy a gold or platinum membership, and start posting for sale threads. It seems miles simpler.
