Membership upgrade prorate please

Bought a Basic Membership on June 17th 2014, bought the Gold today 7/21. Please prorate my Basic into the Gold. Thank you!
 
My settings profile still shows two paid susbscriptions running concurrently. Basic & Gold. I'm bumping this since maybe the original post fell through the cracks? Otherwise, clue me in as to how long it takes, and whether I will be notified once it's done. Thanks for your help.
 
Spark said he will be catching these up today. He will post in the thread when he does.
 
Need help here getting prorated & consolidated. I go to Settings>My Account>Paid Subscriptions and I still have 2 active simultaneous accounts - Gold & Basic.
See the thread sequence dating back to July 21, 2014.
I don't know what else to do except to keep bumping this thread.
Any help or advice appreciated.
 
I've seen advice to others to keep their thread bumped up, and Spark will get to it.
How often should I bump?
Once every one or two months isn't getting a response.
What's the polite way to do this? Thanks for any help.
 
Bump it every week or two. He's busy with another problem, so you need to be near the top when he checks on these.
