Membership upgrade prorate

Hello. I paid for a gold membership not too long ago. Is there a way to upgrade to service provider while getting credit for what I already paid? Thank you.

There sure is. You buy the Service Provider membership, then post here in Tech Support asking Spark to pro-rate your remaining Gold to the new Service Provider membership. He will convert the remaining Gold time to the equivalent Service Provider, extending it.
