I am posting this here to hopefully get the attention of one of the mods. I've already sent a message with no response. I paid $60 today to upgrade my membership from gold to platinum but my account still shows gold. Can I please get some help? Thank you.

I think Spark is the one who has to handle any upgrades. Tagged him for you.

Yes. You can’t delete portions of conversations. You can either do it straight from the inbox by checking the square to the right of the conversation. Or when reading a conversation on the top, you’ll see a box with 3 dots click that and then leave.
 
I've left a bunch of conversations and the percentage went down. But when I click on my account, my message count hasn't gone down. Its actually going up each time I reply here.

I received a message that my gold membership has expired but I purchased a platinum membership on 2/3/03, posted to my credit card on 2/4/03. Can my membership please be upgraded? Thank you.

Update - I have to have full access to the site because i am in the process of selling my collection. So I responded to the message that my gold membership was expired and purchased a new gold membership. I received a confirmation email from Bladeforums.com and am now a gold member. I never received such an email when I purchased the platinum membership. Can I get my $68 I paid for the platinum membership refunded? Here is a copy of my PayPal receipt for the platinum membership:

From the look of that, you purchased as a guest. Did you use the email associated with you account here?? If not, the delay may be because of that discrepancy.
 
Yes I purchased as guest and used the email, srg91412@gmail.com, associated with this site.
My credit card company confirmed that Bladeforums accepted my payment on 2/4/03.
Where do we go from here? I do appreciate your prompt response to my issue.
 
Just following up. So I've paid for platinum and gold memberships. Is it possible to get the $68 for the platinum refunded? Thank you.
