Membership Upgrade

Hi I paid thru 1sks for a membership upgrade for somebody who lives out of the US.

That was on the 19th but I can't see they've been upgraded yet. How long does it take?
 
HD, i think in the past that person still had to change their user group so you might have to let them know.
 
How does one change their usergroup?

I paid over a week ago and the only usergroup I have available is 'bounced email'.
 
I had a look at my CP, I can't see where I can change my user group, can anyone help?

Choose the appropriate group:

you have any user groups other than BOUNCED EMAIL group yet. When you have a valid membership a new list will appear.
 
I only got bounced email, no other groups are shown, by the way, my email works, I checked it earlier this week.
 
Then you'll have to wait until they appear (i.e. when someone manually enables your account) :)
