Membership went from Platinum to basic?

My membership went from Platinum to basic. I renewed not too long ago, so I know there is no problem there. Can a Mod please help me out. I tried to change it to no avail.

I renewed it to Platinum when it was up for renewal, it did not expire.

I was mistaken...Sorry Mods. Man, time flies, seems like last month I renewed. I just paid up...lol I guess I had too much Michter's last night.....Geesh
