How long does it take for my name to appear in Gold after purchasing a Gold Membership? When I go the paid subscription page, it shows that I am a Gold Member with a starting date of 01-20-2013 and an expiry date of 01-20-2014, but I still show up as a Registered Member.

Hi Keith,

Your membership is showing as Gold...all you need to do is update your user group settings. Follow the link below and select the memberhip level you paid for.

You have to go into your control panel and change the group manually.

Click on Settings at the top of the page, then under the My Account menu on the left side of the screen, go to Permissions Group. You should be able to select from the list there.

It doesn't look like the payment has gone through yet. Depending on how you pay sometimes there is a delay of a few days.
