i paid for a gold membership a couple weeks ago and i have yet to see it changed, is this normal for those who have paid with pay pal?
 
Paypal and International orders must be processed manually by Spark.
With the server changeover and such, he's been quite busy. I'm sure he'll take care of you if he sees this thread.
 
You used an echeck, which for whatever reason didn't go into my normal mailbox I have setup for paypal. You are good to go.
 
thanks for the reply karda and thank you spark for sorting all that out i really need to stop using paypal as i have an issue with them almost every time i pay with them

If you're using a "From:" filter, that could be the problem. PP uses it's standard "from" address on some payments and the sender's address on others. Subject line varies between "money" and "funds" as well, even if the sender doesn't use a custom one. It's a pain to filter into folders that way without setting up a body text filter, and picking a line that's always there.
