Trying to renew and get this message, vBulletin Message
The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder. (27)

What does this mean, I haven't had any recent changes in the last 5 years.
How do I tell which address you have on file?

We don't have an address on file. Your card company does. You must enter the exact address you will find on your card company bill. Exact.

Well I just looked at the top and only filled in required fields (*). Do You want the billing info filled out also, or just my address.
