Monday isn't Veteran's Day, it's Memorial Day. I'm going to visit my son.

I love our military troops and all vets the saddest sight to me is the Viet Nam wall,it just breaks my heart. :(

I am a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan and you sir are correct! This day is not for us, this day is for those like your son who made the ultimate sacrifice! Thank you for your sons service and your families, because the families serve too! I know that first hand... Prayers for your family amd I am glad you will be able to visit him!
 
Remembering those who served with the ultimate sacrifice today.... May there sacrifice never, ever be for naught.
 
^^^ Truly lost for the right words and don't want to just blurt out cliches but inn this case, a picture does indeed speak more than a thousand words!
Feeling a deep pain in my gut right now for this fine young man's family. I am so deeply sorry for your loss Pop.
