Memory has failed me, need help

Quite some time back (in 2009), Buck sold off a bunch of the oak display cases that came out in 2002 and were designed to hold the four knife "Family Favorites" set. I think they sold through the web specials page, but they might have been on one of the lists e-mailed out to club members. I do remember that they were really inexpensive, but I don't remember how much they sold for. Do

Does anyone have a recollection of them and how much they sold for??
