Memphis knives?

Hey guys, I have been away from Memphis (home) for a while. Since I have been gone I have picked up a pretty nasty knife addiction. Are there any shops in the Memphis area that has a nice selection of knives. When I say nice I quess i would exclude knives that are prepackaged in plastic. The only time I remember seeing any knives around was in Guns and Ammo on summer. I never really paid attention to them......I will now. What say you.....Thanks, David
