R W Loveless and his Big Bear with Samber Stag knife. To me, he is the greatest knife maker in the world. Never owned and never had one in my hand. Out of my reach. The fascination stared when over 11 years ago I was searching for tactical knife and found a book on Tactical knives. Back than internet was not much accessible. One of the pages had this knife that got my attention so much I actually torn that page out and started looking at the design for days. The craftsmanship, the details, and hidden purpose for the intended use for is remarkable. I did not even know who designed it. Few months later, I found a better picture on another book than saw that name behind the naked girl. R. W. Loveless.
So glad that Randall guys has a long wait time for a knife, otherwise we would never seen loveless.
I own over USD30k worth of fine tactical and custom knife collection, but still have that very soft spot for a loveless. It broke my heart when I heard he passed way this month, rest his soul. He was trend setter, and an inspiration to us all knife nuts. Glad to see that so many knifemakers follows his passion.

Mine is Tom Mayo. My favorite knife used to be my medium flat TNT that I got from him, but now I'm really loving this medium covert I just bought
