Mercator cat55 stainless vs carbon???

Which one you prefer,and which one is holding edge longer,and is easier to sharpen?I have both versions,but have used stainless one exclusively,ant its pretty easy to sharpen and holds decent edge,all opinions welcome!

Why don't you start? You have both of them, which means you're more qualified to share an opinion than most of us here.

Havemt used them much,especially carbon steel version ,havent used it at all

Stainless one has decent edge holding,and not hard to sharpen,read that its some 420 hc variation
