Well I just wanted to get the "scoop" on these landyards. The price is right and the quality looks good.Anyone care to comment on them good/bad? quality? and of course "bang for the buck".

I've got several of his lanyards, and a MercHarness. His work is all excellent.

i've been wanting to get a few for months now, but i live in south africa
sucks.
i hope someone brings them in.

Mercop is a great guy to do business with..I have several lanyards and 2 merchharness' and couldnt be happier!

however he isnt NEARLY as goodlooking as I am!

I can wear the Mercharness rig with small to medium size blade all day without discomfort. Once you get it adjusted properly, it will stay put. Easy on, easy off. Essentially made of paracord and small rubber ferrules to hold their adjustment/ position in place, they are as durable as any rig can be. Good investment, good guy to deal with.

Thanks for all the kind words. I started doing the mercleashes about four years ago now. When I started as far as I know of there was nobody else really doing them but now all sorts of folks have cropped up. Most of them do some crazy kewl stuff. For me I just do reg sinnetts for hanging on gear and keychains etc. My shipping inside the US is always free. Shipping overseas is also NO problem.

As far as the mercharness and CRKT goes, I will still be producing the mercharness and selling it and they will be doing the same. Of course I will stay in the "knife nut" community and they will take it places I could have never reached.

Since we are not in the show season I have everything instock from just about all colors of para cord to pewter punisher skulls. If you have any questions please contact me at mercop@comcast.net. Thanks again.

All I have to say is George you build some really cool stuff! I have your zipper pulls on all my bags, coats, and stuff!

I love the Mercleashes, but seem to not be able to keep them around! They are great to gift to knife friends, expecially with the metal skulls!

The Mercharness REALLY works great for discreately carrying small to medium fixed blades! Especially when wearing clothing that is hard to carry in....like scrubs!

George is GOOD to GO in my book!

Tom

BTW looking forward to BLADE 2007!!

Thanks for the kind words Tom. Blade will rock.

Go team CRKThttp://www.crkt.com/dogfish.html

The Mercharness is a KISS simple, inexpensive way of adapting most kydex sheaths to a low profile, comfortable, and concealable shoulder system. Glad to see Mercop's success with the pick-up by CRKT. Rock on, George - see ya' in VA Beach!
