Been needing to do this for awhile, but wanted to show y'all the house in winter drapes!!!

Pics taken at approx 1445hrs this afternoon. A lot of folks always ask about the daylight in or at a certain time of day. well this should give you an idea.

1st pic looking south at the end of my drive. Now you can see that it's beginning of dusk.

2nd pic looking west down the drive.

3rd pic a better shot of house.

4th pic trees in the yard in drape.

5th pic weelllllll the temp at the time.

russ, those are excellent pics, got a little of that going on in good ole NC at the moment, about 3 inches on the ground at the moment, but people down here drive like crackheads in the stuff. act like they will never see another loaf of bread or gallon of milk...

I was in Chattanooga a few weekends ago when they got an inch or two of snow. It was hilarious. You'd think it was raining frogs and there were swarms of locusts descending upon the city.


Southerners can't handle a little bit o' slushy powder.

I'm visiting family in the lower 48. I have been here for too long. I worked a temporary job in Idaho for about 6 months but ready to come back! I am happy to see others like winter camping as much as me.
