This has been a stressful year for all of us,
considering problems in Nepal, my father's
illness, Yvsa, a shipment returned by the US
Customs office and a few unhappy clients.

Now that the Christmas season is upon us,
I would like to thank all you forumites and
my loyal customers for your good advice
and continuing loyalty to HI.

A special "Thank You" goes to my moderators
who keep HI safe and moving forward.

Your support has kept me going in stressful
times. All of you are special to me.
