mmmmmm Brisket! I have a pork shoulder in the fridge getting ready for an all day smoke in the bbq on new years.

Last time I did a brisket it was wonderful, we had that stuff in leftovers for days. Every time it was better than the last.

I say its the mesquite and the rub. Mesquite just gives pork, beef, and poultry a wonderful flavor.

Holy Crap thats pretty!!!! My wife and daughter were up there during the summer, quite the experience. They got to meet the "Necked Cowboy"! and didn't even know who he was till I mentioned it!

Smokers are so nice eh? Dont require very much attention so you dont have to spend too much time in the cold.

I got my smoker for Christmas last year.
My daughter calls it the gift that keeps on giving.
