Thank you Scott, the spirit is strong in you, Hartman. It is a good life and it has been a good year. Blessings right back atcha and to all who read this and also to those that, somehow, miss out on the many kicks here on the Buck forum. :)

Most of us will probably never meet face to face, but I think there is a real sense of community in the Buck family. Sometimes there are some family arguments, but overall I think we gain something more than just knife information from our exchanges. I wish everyone the best.

At our house, we have something special to be thankful for this season. In May, we lost our best friend Charger. He was 10 years old, which for a Malamute is getting on in years, but that didn't make things any easier. In November, we had an offer from his breeder and our friend and the week before Thanksgiving Déjà Vu arrived on a flight from Seattle. She is almost five and happens to be the great-niece of Charger, which makes her all the more special. She is an absolute sweetheart and has brought joy to our lives, not just for the Christmas season but for years to come. I hope each of you has something as wonderful to be thankful for.
