The Clolonel, as usual, beat me to it but......

I want to wish one and all a most wonderful and very Merry Christmas......

I was privileged earlier today to watch my daughter in law's grandmother see her infant great, great grand child savor his first Christmas.... It made this special day somehow so much grander to me......

I hope this missive finds you all in the bosom of friends and family, enjoying good food and good cheer and that one and all have an easy, safe journey home........

All my best to you........

Ethan

Merry Christmas Ethan!

I'm gonna use the RBK to slice through this jungle of cardboard and wrapping paper that has taken over my living room.

A very Merry Christmas and a happy new year to all! I'd say more but apparently I'm not done building legos....:)

Merry Christmas to you Ethan. If I read your note right that is your grandson. What great joy. My youngest daughter announced last night that we are finally going to be grandparents. Can't imagine a better Christmas surprise.

Merry Christmas Ethan :). The best part of this section of bladeforums is the people, and you set the precident for class and content. Many thanks sir :).

Today I'm with my parents, and my wife celebrating my daughters first Christmas. Also, some here may remember this, but I've been pining for a BK16 since I had the chance to handle the preproduction bk17. The bk16 then has been on my list for ~4 years, and my wife got it for me :). I'm a happy camper.

Merry Christmas All,

As ocnLogan said, this is a special place and Ethan is the reason. May everyone enjoy a safe holiday.

PS,

My BK5 is convexed to a fine edge and ready to carve the Christmas roast. That knife is starting on its 3rd season doing holiday carving chores. I hope someday my son will use it as a continuing family tradition at Thanksgiving and Christmas with his family.

Merry Christmas! We feel very lucky to have met so many wonderful folks from this forum. This truly is a special place.
