Just wanted to wish all of you and your families a very Merry Christmas and thank you all for buying, using, and loving RAT Knives. It has been great to be a part of the RAT team this last year.

I have been in the manufacturing business for over 30 years. In that time, I have never seen a company that strives to meet the level of customer care and satisfaction that Jeff and Mike do. They truly care about YOU, the customer. Although Rowen Mfg. has always strived to do our best for our customers, I must admit, even I have learned a lot about customer care from these guys over the last few years. That has made us a better company. Thanks Mike and Jeff.

Merry Christmas to all of you. And thanks for supporting RC Knives.
