I would like to be the first to wish everyone a merry x-mas on x-mas. I would like to know what everyone got. I got leather jacket,$100 and some stuff that I need to open when my gf comes back from her trip tomorrow. I wonder how many balis u guys got over the holiday.:D
 
No balis for me. Best presents I've gotten so far is a new motherboard, w/Duron 950 mhz proc, and a Geforce2 ti... :) (I wish I wasn't so dang stupid. I spent over an hour pulling my hair out and frantically pushing the power button, then yanking out wires and reattaching them. Then I decided to RTFM... Oh, I have to move the BIOS reset jumper. Gah!)

Other than that, the usual stuff. Some videos, some food, and, of _course_, UNDERWEAR. :rolleyes: Just wouldn't be Christmas without underwear... (seems like some kinda bizarre tradition... the parents _always_ give me underwear, along with a bunch of great stuffs)

Still waiting on gift+cash from my significant other (pooling money to get a couple bracelets, and also are buying each other something else)... Dangit, long distance relationships _suck_. :(:(:(
 
.....but I think my wife is coming around though. How about a pair of 6 ton racheting jack-stands and a set of those new low profile Craftsman racheting boxed-end wrenches!!!!!!!!:D:D:D

I'll never say anyhing bad about her gifts again! ;)
 
Santa hates Marines... But the Mail man droped off 2 Tachyons yesterday. Good enough for me!

But I did get $200.00 that will probably find itself turned into a money order for a Tachyon...

I got a Lansky knife sharpening system...:cool:

I got a case for my pistols, a bottle of Jack Daniels...:p ...a cd playing clock radio, some socks, jerky marinade, a deer call, candles, soap, a windchime, coffee mugs....etc.....
 
Like I said Santa was good to me. I was to match my 49-01 #009 with a 49-SPL #009. So that pretty much was enough for my Christmas. But I did add a few little bali items to the collection.

From the family, I got a case of wine, a nice fountain pen, some ties (it's what you get when you don't get underwears anymore), and the traditional little statute from Steuben's.

Geeeesh Dudley.., "wife coming around"???? Those ratcheting boxed-end wrenches are soooooooo cool!...I was lusting over some about a week ago!

GTA.., yeah I thought Santa hated Jar-Heads also until 1967 when he brought Jill St. John to Viet Nam to visit us "In-the Bush"...lol...since then I've been a devoted fan of the chubby guy and his Carribou buddies! You'll love your new Tachyons!

I did OK for Xmas :)...

I got a replacement for my old Jody Samson Axe <God they are cool>.., a 49-01 compliments of Carl at NW Armory.., and of course our "Super-Hero" Sniper-Boy forced me to accept a Custom Bowie "Franken-Bali"..., latchless.., with some handles that some very talented person did some nice work on (not Jody Samson). I do like latchless Balisongs, and love the way this one handles!

Now I just need that little Wee-Hawk fixed blade Jody did way-back-when (the one the original Wee-Hawk Balisong blade was based on..pre-Bali-Song Cutlery).., and life will be good. :p

I also got a Dagger-Ground Custom from the early BM days (very nice piece).., and some Militec-1, and a surprise Kubaton from Darrel Ralph!! :D :) :eek: .., so it was a nice Santa Day..., and I hope all you guys/gals...etc....had a wonderful, restful, and peaceful Christmas!

And Happy Holidays to you also Agent-1.., if Santa doesn't like Jews it is certainly a hidden agenda since you guys seem to be the only people on the planet that know how to handle and manage $$$$! :)

Us "gentiles" seem to drive the economy through loving all the artistic and economic opportunities your ancestors have provided through a work ethic and dedication to purpose surpassed by none!

No Bali's for me because the BM31 & BM40T have not shipped yet.
I did get a nice ProTech GodFather, Pre-Producton hand ground.

But the best was the look on my eleven year old son's face when he opened the SWAT Red 9/11 bali I gave him. :eek: :D

Yep, That happy face made my day. But the X-Box also got a big smile out of him. Mele Kalikimaka to ALL.
 
:) Got 2 Tachyon's Plain + Serrated (well sorta... got 2 S's in error will resolve later no big deal) some Sox, Micro Brew Ginger Ale, 20-60X eye piece for my spotting scope, a 2" John Unertl 15X Target scope :cool: , RPA Spirit level front sight, RPA Trakker rear sight with a W. Gehmann variable aperture eyepiece, a M70 target rifle in 308 :D with a C.D. Audette Custom SS Match barrel + custom Monte Carlo stock AND my wife got me a case of match ammo!!! :)

Remember your Tachyon has the latch on the "other" side :eek: Those serrations are SHARP!

I actually gave Steuben this year, as always. Everyone loves Steuben. How can you go wrong with Steuben. Someday, I'm going to have them make a balisong for me. But, I'm told that custom comissions start at $100,000.

I didn't get any Steuben this year, but I got a nice Orrefors crystal ice bucket from my older brother. Of course, the problem now is what to do with my old ice bucket. It's ordinary stainless steel. Anyone interested in an ice bucket? I really don't need two.

Oh, and GTAsteel, Santa does not hate Marines at all. Y'all help him out a lot with the Toys for Tots drive each year. It's just that some of you who are galivanting off all over the world are hard to keep track of. So, maybe he just doesn't find you as easily. Maybe if y'all wouldn't wear so much camouflage...

I love Steuben. Have most of the Lloyd Atkins pieces with a majority of them signed by him. And you're right, they make excellent presents. Lost count of all the Puppy Love's I gave away as a wedding present. Or the little house with the address engraved as house warming presents. If I can stop buying bali's, computer stuff, and camera gear, I'll be able to start on some of the bigger pieces.... :(

I have an order for a BM31S (christmas in february ;)), The One Ring of Power from Lord of the Rings in 10k Gold, custom fit. an electric blanket, some bed sheets, two shirts, a jacket, the Lord of the Rings official movie guide, a Lord of the Rings poster-sized calendar, and some other stuff.
 
Been gone for a few days, but Merry X-Mas to you too!
Santa brought me an olympus c-3020 digital camera...knife pic's coming soon!:D
