HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL THE "USUAL SUSPECTS" LETS HOPE ERNIE OPENS THE CUSTOM/PRODUCTION SHOP SOON. WE HAVE ABOUT 36" SNOW HERE IN WIS WITH MORE COMING DOWN. THE VOLVO XC & JEEP FULLTIME KEEP TRUDGING ALONG! I AM GOING TO SETTLE IN FOR A LONG WINTERS NAP WITH VISIONS OF CUSTOMS AND BRANDY EGGNOG.

Wishing all Emerson fans a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

It's been a fun year! I've made lots of personal friends on this forum and it's been fun to see your excitement as you've acquired varied and different knives. Lets make this place a even better place next year.
 
Although I haven't been a member of this forum for very long, everyone has made me feel very much at home here, and for that I'd like to extend my gratitude and Merry Christmas wishes to each and every one of you. Over the past few days I've been broadening my Emerson knowledge by reading ALL of the Emerson Forum postings from the past year (my wife thinks I'm nuts).
My many thanks to the people at Emerson Knives for producing blades worthy of such a loyal following as found in this forum, and also for backing up your products with such exemplary service. Thank you Derek for your time and enlightening information. And thank you John Hollister for your often fantastic pix and "man on the scene" reporting, not to mention your extreme fondness of Commanders which just so happens to be the best of all blades without a doubt.
One last thing; Santa, if you're listening, could you please find it in your heart to grant us one small Christmas miracle? If so, then PLEASE open the Emerson company store so that we can drool and slobber and spend money that we don't have. Thanks Santa. We promise not to put an eye out with anything that we buy. At least not our own eyes
